The short version: this site collects very little, sells nothing about you, and everything it does collect is listed below in plain language.
Analytics
Colorful Cardboard uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read and which product links get clicked. This sets cookies and records standard usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type, link clicks). It’s aggregate traffic data — we don’t use it to identify you. Block it with any tracker blocker or Google’s opt-out add-on; the site works fine either way.
Newsletter and The Pull Rate
If you sign up for email updates, your email address is stored with Beehiiv, our newsletter provider, and used only to send what you signed up for. Paid Pull Rate Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Every email has a working unsubscribe link.
Affiliate links
Product links (sealed product, singles, supplies) are affiliate links — primarily Amazon, eBay, and TCGplayer. Buying through them earns this site a small commission at no extra cost to you; that’s disclosed in the footer of every page and it’s how the site pays for itself. Those retailers may set their own cookies when you click; their policies govern their side.
Advertising
The site may show ads from third-party networks in the future. If that happens, ad partners may use cookies for personalization, which you can control at Google Ad Settings.
What we don’t do
No selling of personal data. No data brokers. No accounts, no passwords. Market data shown on this site is aggregate pricing from public sources — nothing about you is in it.
