Grading profit is not the Grade 10 price minus the grading fee. The raw card has a cost, most submissions do not earn the top grade, selling platforms take a cut, and insured shipping runs both ways. This calculator includes all four.
The expected value uses your Grade 10 and Grade 9 probabilities. Any probability left over is valued at the raw card price, a deliberately simple fallback you can inspect instead of a hidden promise.
